Blood Brothers Trip

On Wednesday 12th March, we took 60 of our students from years 8, 9 and 10 to the Liverpool Empire theatre to watch a production of Blood Brothers. This musical is closely linked to Fazakerley as this is where it was first performed. In addition to this, it is set in Liverpool and is being shown as a major celebration in the city as the Empire theatre celebrates 100 years of being open.

The students and staff thoroughly enjoyed this experience. They were excited to see live musicians, singers and actors on stage and it was an amazing production with so much emotion. Our students were excellent ambassadors for our school, and it was fantastic to see them all engrossed in live theatre.
